The building was constructed in 1983 as the headquarters for General Foods and later became the operations center for Philip Morris. In 2004, it transitioned to a multi-tenant office complex serving various companies and organizations.

This office complex appeared in the television series Mr Robot, where it was featured as a corporate headquarters on screen. Its role in the show brought attention to the building beyond its everyday use as a workplace.

The building offers tenants various facilities including a fitness center, conference spaces, a hair salon, and a television studio for professional use. Covered parking is available for those arriving by car.
