Bursley Hall contains five distinct food stations in its dining area, serving different types of cuisine across 4,700 square feet of space.
The residence hall opened on October 5, 1967, and remained the newest residential complex at the University of Michigan until North Quad's construction in 2010.
The Martin Luther King Jr. Minority Lounge, established in 1976, stands as a dedicated space within the building for community gatherings.
The residence accommodates 1,270 students in rooms furnished with 36-inch by 80-inch beds, modular furniture, Ethernet ports, and overhead lighting.
Student leadership operates through a system comprising Hall Council, Multicultural Council, and representatives within the Residence Hall Association.
