Calvary Methodist Church

Calvary Methodist Church is a wooden chapel on Massachusetts Avenue featuring four round-arch windows, a hipped roof, and four Ionic columns at the entrance. These classical elements give the building its distinctive appearance and formal front elevation.

The building was constructed between 1919 and 1923 and incorporates a belfry designed by Charles Bulfinch in 1809, originally part of Boston's Boylston Market. This historical tower was moved and integrated into the new church structure.
