Beaver Dam Raceway, American clay oval track
Beaver Dam Raceway is a clay dirt track in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, measuring about one-third of a mile in length. The slightly banked turns challenge drivers navigating high speeds through the curves.
The track opened in 1993 and was closed for a period before reopening in 2000. It operated under different names, including Powercom Park Raceway and Wisconsin Motorsports Park.
The name refers to the town of Beaver Dam in Wisconsin where it is located. This venue serves as a gathering place for the local community, where people come together to watch races and share their passion for motorsport with friends and neighbors.
The facility offers seating for around 7,000 visitors across grandstands providing views from all around the track. Parking is available nearby, and the venue features special lighting for night races.
A small go-kart track operates in the infield on Tuesday nights, allowing beginners and children to race in a safe environment. This transforms the venue into more than just a serious racing facility, making it a place for family enjoyment as well.
