Daniel Webster College, former university in New Hampshire, U.S
Daniel Webster College was a private college in Nashua, New Hampshire that offered specialized programs in aviation, technology, and business. Located on a 54-acre campus next to Nashua Airport, it featured classrooms, dormitories, athletic facilities, and hands-on training spaces for students pursuing technical careers.
The school opened in 1965 as the New England Aeronautical Institute, focusing on aviation training near Nashua Airport. After merging with Daniel Webster Junior College in 1978, it expanded its offerings and later came under for-profit management when purchased by ITT Educational Services in 2009, eventually closing in 2016 due to federal regulations.
The campus is located directly next to Nashua Airport and is accessible by road near the city center. Visitors can walk around the grounds to view the remaining buildings, though the site is no longer operating as an educational institution.
The college was known for its immediate proximity to Nashua Airport, where student projects involved active aircraft and flight simulators. After its closure in 2016, parts of the campus were leased to drone companies and other businesses, giving the site a new commercial purpose.
