Đồng Hới

Đồng Hới is the provincial capital of Quảng Bình on the north-central coast, spreading across terrain that includes hills, mountains, and coastal plains. The city features about 12 kilometers of sandy beaches and serves as the administrative and commercial hub of the region.

Archaeological finds near Bau Tro lake show human settlements from prehistoric times with stone tools and ceramics. The area served as an important settlement location for different cultures over thousands of years.
