Ecopark

Ecopark is a planned residential township in Hung Yen Province featuring housing districts, commercial areas, and multiple parks spread across the development. The complex combines living spaces with shopping facilities and recreational zones in an integrated layout.

The development began in 2004 as a planned township near Hanoi with modern housing and infrastructure in mind. Conflicts arose in the 2010s as the project expanded and affected local landowners in the area.

The community regularly holds events and programs focused on environmental education, sustainable living practices, and outdoor recreational activities for residents.

The location is relatively close to Hanoi and accessible by public transit connections. On-site you will find schools, shopping centers, and sports facilities for everyday use.

The Sky Forest complex features nearly 1,000 elevated gardens, while Sol Forest includes two 41-story towers reaching 200 meters with 400 integrated tropical gardens.
