Bat Trang National ceramic museum

The museum spans 3,000 square meters across multiple floors, featuring seven interconnected funnel-shaped buildings with carved multi-layered patterns on their exterior walls.

The museum, which opened in 2018 with an investment of 150 billion dong, presents the evolution of ceramic craftsmanship from ancient to modern times in Bat Trang village.

The second and third floors display ceramic products representing different periods of Bat Trang's development, including various glaze types and traditional production techniques.

Located 15 kilometers from central Hanoi, the museum operates daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with an entrance fee of 50,000 dong.

The museum incorporates local materials such as traditional ceramic tiles, mosaic tiles, and baked tiles into its architecture, which mirrors the shape of pottery wheels.
