Air Force and Air Defence Museum, Military aviation museum in Khương Mai, Vietnam
The museum exhibits an extensive collection of aircraft, including MiG-21 fighters, anti-aircraft guns, radar systems, and military equipment from different periods.
The institution began in 1958 as a traditional house of air military and received an upgrade to museum status, documenting Vietnamese air defense developments.
The indoor exhibition space features a symbolic dome representing Vietnamese skies, with galleries dedicated to military aviation achievements and technical innovations.
Visitors can explore the museum from Tuesday to Saturday between 8:00-11:00 and 13:30-16:30, with an entrance fee of 30,000 VND.
The outdoor area displays 73 military artifacts, including the specific 37mm anti-aircraft gun used during the Dien Bien Phu campaign of 1954.
