Julianakerk, Transvaalkwartier, The Hague, Municipal monument church in Transvaalkwartier, Netherlands.
The Julianakerk features a central hall with a low tent roof, side sections with beech trees, and a bell tower at the back.
The church was built in 1926 following delays caused by restoration works at the Nieuwe Kerk at Spui in The Hague.
Pastor Dirk Arie van den Bosch served at Julianakerk until 1940, when German forces arrested him for opposing antisemitism.
The building at Schalk Burgerstraat 217-219 now contains meeting rooms, offices, and a community center called De Paardenberg.
Princess Juliana laid the foundation stone and later made her public profession of faith in this church during 1927.
