The History Museum, constructed in 1898, became the foundation of the Bukovina Museum complex and received official recognition as a cultural heritage site.
The museum's collection presents traditional textiles, tools, and reconstructed houses that demonstrate the regional customs and daily activities of Bukovina inhabitants.
The museum welcomes visitors from April through September between 10:00 and 18:00, and from October through March between 09:00 and 17:00, remaining closed on Mondays.
The museum features photographic works by German photographer Oliver Mark, including his exhibition 'Celebrităţi' where he donated one piece to the collection.
