Bocharov ruchey

Bocharov Ruchey is a presidential residence set within a secured compound featuring gardens and administrative buildings near the Black Sea coast. The estate spans multiple structures across expansive grounds with landscaping and protective barriers.

The estate was constructed in 1955 under architect Miron Merzhanov's direction, initially serving as a retreat for Soviet military leader Kliment Voroshilov. Following its establishment, it became an important venue for official functions during the Soviet era and beyond.
