Church of the Resurrection of Christ from Patakino

The Church of the Resurrection of Christ features squared pine logs connected through dovetail joints, rising from a cube base to an octagonal top structure.

Built in 1776 as a cemetery shrine in Patakino village, the church was relocated to the Museum of Wooden Architecture in Suzdal during 1969 and 1970.

The church contains traditional architectural elements including an elongated apse with ornamental carvings and a bell tower above the main entrance vestibule.

Visitors can explore this federal cultural heritage site alongside other preserved wooden structures, including peasant houses and windmills within the museum grounds.
