Park named after Artyom Borovik

The park spans 10.4 hectares with 513 trees, 4,777 shrubs, and features granite monuments, walkways, and bicycle paths throughout its grounds.

Established in 2000 on Bratislavskaya Street's circular junction, the park commemorates journalist Artyom Borovik, who died in a plane crash that year.

The memorial composition includes symbols of journalism: a granite pen monument, a notepad, and a heart-shaped target pierced by a bullet.

The park infrastructure includes pedestrian paths, bicycle routes, children's playgrounds, and an artificial ice rink with lighting systems across the territory.

During the 2012 reconstruction, which cost 233 million rubles, the park received extensive updates to its pathway network and recreational facilities.
