Slovak Television building, Broadcasting tower in Mlynská dolina, Bratislava, Slovakia
The Slovak Television building stands 108 meters tall with 28 floors, forming a prominent element of the Bratislava skyline against the Danube River.
Completed in December 1975 under architect Jozef Struhař's direction, this structure remained Slovakia's tallest building until 2002, marking a milestone in national architecture.
The building served as the headquarters for Slovak National Television, contributing to media production and broadcasting throughout the country for four decades.
Located in the Karlova Ves district, the building includes an observation deck and restaurant space on the 28th floor, though these areas remain closed.
The structure earned recognition as the first high-rise in Czechoslovakia to exceed 100 meters, establishing new standards for vertical construction in the region.
