Kyiv Islamic Cultural Center

Kyiv Islamic Cultural Center is a mosque and cultural facility in the city that houses separate prayer halls for men and women. The facility can accommodate up to 1,500 people at once and offers education programs and community gatherings alongside regular worship.

The center was established in 2015 as part of a network of nine Islamic cultural organizations distributed across major Ukrainian cities. Its creation marked the formalization of institutional support for the Muslim community in the region.

This center serves as a gathering place for the Muslim community, bringing together people from different backgrounds for worship and community events. Regular cultural festivals here showcase Eastern traditions through music, art exhibitions, and regional food that visitors can experience firsthand.

The facility is located at 25A Kievskaya Street and operates daily from 9 AM to 6 PM for prayers, classes, and community activities. Visitors should know that different areas serve different purposes and that modest dress and respect for prayer times are expected.

The center operates a school called Our Future that combines standard Ukrainian education with Islamic studies and Arabic language classes. This makes it a rare place where religious and secular education happen together.
