Dominion Tower is a 26-story commercial office building located on Waterside Drive in Downtown Norfolk. The structure features a distinctive glass facade that overlooks the Elizabeth River waterfront.
Dominion Tower was built in 1987 and marked a period of commercial growth along Norfolk's waterfront. The building was the tallest structure in Hampton Roads until the mid-2000s.
The building takes its name from Virginia's historical nickname 'The Old Dominion' and symbolizes the commercial renewal of Norfolk's waterfront district.
The building offers a private parking garage with more than 1200 spaces and several dining options for visitors and tenants. Inside you will also find a fitness center and conference facilities for business meetings.
The building has housed Bank of America's regional headquarters since 2016. This move marked an important shift in the building's commercial significance within the region.
