Brugmannpark

Brugmannpark is a public green space in Uccle featuring open lawns, beech groves, and connected pathways across several hectares. The terrain has natural elevation changes, with upper and lower sections linked by sloping paths that create distinct walking routes.

The site was originally a private estate owned by the Brugmann family and was later donated to the municipality of Uccle as public land. This gift transformed private grounds into a shared green space for the community.

The park bears the name of Georges Brugmann, a developer who shaped the northern area of Brussels through his urban vision. Walking through it, you experience the legacy of his influence on how this entire neighborhood was designed.

The park offers several entry points, allowing visitors to choose routes that suit their preference for climbing or finding flatter sections. A nearby tram stop at Churchill serves lines 3 and 7 for convenient access.

The park is divided into two distinct elevation zones, letting visitors choose between steep climbing routes and gentler pathways. This design makes it flexible for different visitor preferences and physical abilities.
