Comillas Pontifical University is a Jesuit higher education institution located across several sites in Madrid. The main campus sits on Alberto Aguilera street, while additional facilities operate in Cantoblanco and other areas of the city, including dedicated nursing and physiotherapy centers.
Pope Leo XIII founded the seminary in 1890 in the northern Spanish town of Comillas in Cantabria, where it remained for several decades. The institution moved its operations to Madrid in 1969, evolving into a multi-faculty university.
The institution maintains educational partnerships with over 600 universities worldwide, offering 36 undergraduate programs and 75 postgraduate degrees across various disciplines.
Students gain access to internship programs through partnerships with numerous companies across Spain. Most graduates find employment within six months of completing their studies.
