Hospital de Tavera, Former hospital in Spain
The Hospital de Tavera is a Renaissance building located in Toledo.
Inaugurated in 1541, it served as a hospital until the 19th century.
Designed by architect Alonso de Covarrubias, it reflects Spanish Renaissance architecture.
Today, it houses the Duque de Lerma's collection and serves as a museum.
The complex includes a notable church where its founder, Cardinal Tavera, is entombed.
