Figueretes

Figueretes is a sandy beach in Ibiza Town that runs for about 450 meters along the coast with fine sand and clear waters. The waterfront features a palm-lined promenade where restaurants and bars line the shore, creating a casual dining atmosphere right beside the sand.

This section of coast evolved from a modest fishing village into a main beach destination when tourism boomed in the 1960s. That change shaped how the waterfront looks and functions today.

The waterfront hosts a summer evening craft market where local artisans display and sell their handmade creations to visitors and passersby.

The beach offers full facilities including rental sun loungers, showers, and lifeguards during summer months. An accessible ramp provides easy entry for people with reduced mobility.

Small rocky islets sit in the waters in front of the beach, including Escullets de Sa Corbeta and Illa de Ses Rates, visible on clear days. These rocky formations add a distinctive character to the seascape.
