Church of San Lorenzo, Sahagún

The Church of San Lorenzo is a Romanesque place of worship with three brick apses and blind arcaded walls in the Mudejar style. The tower consists of several stories that taper as they rise toward the top.

This building was constructed in the 13th century in what was once the Moorish quarter of medieval Sahagún. Its creation took place during the period of Christian reconquest on the Iberian Peninsula.
