Iglesia de San Martín, Gothic church in historic center of Seville, Spain.
The church features a single wide nave with ribbed vaults supported by substantial buttresses, and two distinct facades built entirely of brick.
The construction occurred during the 15th century with contributions from Alonso Rodriguez, who served as master builder for Seville Cathedral from 1496 to 1513.
The main altarpiece, designed in 1606 by Italian architect Vermondo Resta, displays works by artists Andres de Ocampo and Diego Lopez Bueno.
The church welcomes visitors Monday through Saturday between 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with entry through Divina Enfermera Street.
The remains of renowned sculptor Juan de Mesa rest within the church, commemorated by a ceramic plaque on the lateral facade.
