The palace covers an entire block of 3,600 square meters with two main courtyards, marble columns, and gardens aligned along Santa Clara Street.
Francisco Antonio Bucarelli Villasis, first Marquess of Vallehermoso, commissioned architect Pedro Romero to construct this residence at the end of the 17th century.
The palace displays a collection of Mexican ceramic jars, family portraits, and tapestries across its fourteen accessible areas during guided tours.
The palace opened to visitors in summer 2023, offering guided tours on weekdays with audio guides available in multiple languages.
This residence has remained in the Bucarelli family for fourteen generations, maintaining its original structure and private collection of artifacts.
