La Térmica

La Térmica is a cultural center housed in a building with multiple connected pavilions, courtyards, and large windows that flood spaces with natural light. The rooms open onto open areas and create a flowing experience for visitors.

The building was constructed between 1907 and 1912 and initially served as a house of mercy for the poor. It was later transformed into a military hospital during the Morocco war before becoming a cultural center.

The space serves as a gathering place where local artists and visitors come together for exhibitions, workshops, and performances. The programming brings together different art forms and draws people from across the city.
