El Camello Beach, Urban beach in Santander, Spain

El Camello Beach extends for 200 meters along the Cantabrian coast, featuring golden sand and moderate waves suitable for various water activities.

The beach received its name from a natural rock formation that resembles a camel, which becomes visible during low tide periods.

A statue of Neptune the Child, created by sculptor Ramón Muriedas, stands on a rock formation at the left side of the beach.

The beach provides essential facilities including showers, footwashes, waste bins, and a spacious parking area accessible from the S-20 motorway.

El Camello Beach hosts the only official association of paddlers in Cantabria and serves as a primary location for traditional Cantabrian palas games.
