Lapamán Beach

Lapamán Beach is a sandy shoreline along the Ría de Pontevedra, stretching for several hundred meters with pale sand and gentle water conditions. The beach has a modest width and sloping seabed that makes it suitable for swimmers of different levels.

The area was historically shaped by traditional water mills that used local water sources for grinding grain and other tasks. These structures represent how coastal Galician communities managed their natural resources centuries ago.
