Platja Pou d’es Lleó

The crescent-shaped beach extends 60 meters in length and 30 meters in width, featuring rustic boathouses along the shoreline at the northeastern coast of Ibiza.

Republican troops utilized this beach as a landing point during the Spanish Civil War in 1936, supported by battleships, destroyers, and submarines.

Local fishermen maintain their traditional practices at this small port, where visitors can observe their daily routines and purchase fresh catches.

The beach includes parking facilities, two seafood restaurants, and a beach bar, while cliff paths on both sides lead to smaller adjacent coves.

The waters contain extensive Neptune Grass meadows beneath the surface, creating an environment that supports diverse marine species.
