Platja de Nova

Platja de Nova is a beach on the eastern coast of Ibiza in Santa Eulária des Riu, featuring fine golden sand and gentle slopes down to the sea. The stretch extends approximately 400 meters along the shoreline and reaches about 45 meters in width.

This location evolved from a traditional fishing cove into a recreational destination for modern visitors. The transformation preserved much of the natural coastal formations that defined the area historically.

The restaurants along the shore serve fresh seafood and local dishes that reflect regional Mediterranean food traditions. Visitors can experience these flavors while sitting by the water and observing how locals gather here for meals.

The beach offers sunbeds, umbrellas, and three restaurants located directly on the sand for convenience. Parking is limited, so arriving early during summer months helps you find a spot more easily.

Under certain wind conditions, waves form here that allow surfers to actually practice their sport on Ibiza. This is rare on the island and makes this beach an unexpected spot for board riders.
