The structure features a single nave with two sections and a hexagonal main chapel covered by a brick vault topped with a pyramid.
The building served as the municipal cemetery from the 19th century until 1928, after which it was abandoned and fell into deterioration.
The interior walls of the main chapel display sgraffito decorations depicting 21 winged figures with sharp teeth wearing red conical hats.
The hermitage requires careful navigation due to structural instability, and visitors should obtain permission before accessing the site.
An inscription dated March 15, 1628 accompanies the unusual winged beings, while additional circles showcase human figures with feline features.
