Toy museum of Catalonia

The museum houses a collection of 10,000 toys, including puppet theaters, cardboard horses, dolls, tin toys, airplanes, cars, and robots.

The museum occupies Casa Terradas, an 18th-century building constructed in 1767, which provides a setting for the preservation of Catalan toy heritage.

The collection includes the teddy bear Don Osito Marquina, which belonged to artist Salvador Dali during his childhood years in Figueres.

The museum opens Tuesday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with regular admission at 8 euros.

Half of the museum's extensive collection remains in storage, allowing for periodic rotations that create fresh experiences for returning visitors.
