Babilonia

Babilonia is an urban beach with golden sand stretching roughly 1 km along the Costa Blanca coastline with a width of about 20 m. The shoreline offers natural wave conditions and is bordered by maintained promenades and dune areas.

The beach emerged during the early development of coastal tourism in the region and has continuously served visitors and residents. This long-standing use established its role as a central meeting point in Guardamar del Segura.

The beach serves as a gathering place where locals practice everyday coastal activities and feel connected to their seaside community. The proximity to waterfront cafes and restaurants along the promenade makes it a social hub where people spend time together and enjoy Mediterranean beach culture.

The area offers sun lounger rentals, foot washing stations, cleaning services, and food vendors to make your visit comfortable. Parking for 50 to 100 vehicles is located nearby, making it easy to arrive by car.

The beach sits next to Marina de las Dunas, a working yacht harbor filled with colorful sailboats and fishing vessels that give the area a genuine maritime character. This proximity lets visitors experience both beach relaxation and the rhythm of actual harbor activity.
