Puente San Ignacio-Zorrotzaurre

This steel and concrete bridge with glass sections connects San Ignacio neighborhood to Zorrotzaurre island across the Deusto Canal. It features separate lanes for cars, buses, bicycles, and pedestrians, allowing different types of travelers to share the same structure.

Construction began in 2017 as part of a major project to transform the island from an abandoned industrial site into a modern urban area. The bridge was an essential piece of this transformation, enabling new connections to surrounding neighborhoods.
