The settlement originated between the second century BCE and third century CE, marking the foundation of what later developed into Galicia's largest city.
The archaeological remains display construction methods and architectural elements from the early inhabitants who established their community on this strategic hilltop location.
Visitors can access the site from Tuesday to Friday between 11:00 and 13:00, with additional weekend hours varying according to summer and winter schedules.
The archaeological complex combines preserved defensive structures with nature trails that lead to a viewpoint offering views across the Vigo estuary.
