Casa Bonet

Casa Bonet is an eclectic building featuring a two-story loggia and neo-baroque ornamental details that decorate the window lintels on the upper floor. The facade combines classical elements with decorative details that give the structure its distinctive appearance.

The building was originally constructed in 1887 as Casa Torruella and underwent a complete facade renovation in 1915 by architect Marcel·lià Coquillat i Llofriu. This redesign gave it the neo-baroque appearance it displays today.

This building is part of the Illa de la Discòrdia, where different architectural styles sit side by side and show the variety of influences that shaped Barcelona. Visitors can see multiple periods and movements represented in a single block.

The building is located at Passeig de Gràcia 39 and now houses the Barcelona Perfume Museum, which visitors can explore during operating hours. Its central location on this main avenue makes it easy to reach on foot and clearly visible from the street.
