The entrance patio incorporates Andalusian design elements, reflecting the heritage of the original owner's wife through its architectural composition and details.
Located at Rúa Pintor Imeldo Corral 18, the building now functions as the headquarters of Colegio Jesús Maestro educational institution.
The structure features cement-built double-leaf spaces on the ground level and incorporates small crafted balconies across its upper two floors.
