Moominworld, Theme park in Naantali, Finland
Located on Kailo island, Moomin World features a five-story blue house, Hemulen's residence, Moominmamma's kitchen, and Snufkin's outdoor camp area.
The park commenced operations on June 26, 1993, transforming the island into a physical representation of Tove Jansson's fictional Moominvalley.
The Independent on Sunday recognized Moomin World as the fourth finest theme park for children, emphasizing Finnish storytelling and character interactions.
The park maintains summer operations from mid-June through mid-August, with advance ticket purchases available through their online booking system.
Unlike standard amusement facilities, Moomin World focuses on storytelling paths, theater shows, and character encounters rather than mechanical rides.
