Mechanical Music Museum

The Mechanical Music Museum contains over 400 exhibits of automatic instruments, including music boxes, pianos, orchestras, violins, and accordions from various periods.

Founded in 1981, the museum preserves and displays mechanical music instruments dating from the 1850s onward, documenting the technological progress of automated music.

The museum presents performances ranging from Mozart compositions to contemporary music through its collection of mechanical instruments, representing musical evolution across generations.

Adult admission costs 20 euros, children aged 5-15 pay 10 euros, and tours operate at noon, 2 PM, and 4 PM on weekdays with extended hours during summer.

The museum houses the Popper Goliath, which weighs 5,000 kilograms and stands as the largest orchestrion globally, simulating an orchestra of 75 musicians.
