Core samples have revealed that this pine tree has witnessed nearly 400 years of Finnish history, making it the oldest documented pine in Pirkanmaa.

The tree served as a ritual site where locals placed monetary offerings in its crevices until the 1930s, following pre-Christian Finnish traditions.

Visitors can locate this natural monument at Timintie 257 in Hämeenkyrö, where a clear path leads directly to the tree.

The tree gained recognition as a remedy site for toothaches, with sufferers traditionally inserting bloodied toothpicks into its bark to relieve their pain.
