Timi's Pine is an ancient Scots Pine standing at the forest edge with a trunk so wide that three people working together can barely wrap their arms around it. The tree rises prominently above its surroundings with thick branches and the dark, textured bark typical of old conifers.

Core samples reveal that this tree has witnessed nearly 400 years of Finnish history, making it the oldest documented pine in Pirkanmaa. Its remarkable age makes it a rare living record of the region's long past.

The tree served as a place where local people left money offerings in its cracks until the 1930s, continuing ancient Finnish spiritual customs that had deep roots in the community.

The tree stands at Timintie 257 in Hämeenkyrö and is easy to reach via a clear forest path. Wear sturdy shoes as the route crosses natural woodland terrain.

The tree gained a reputation as a remedy for toothaches, with sufferers traditionally inserting bloodied toothpicks into its bark seeking relief. This unusual practice reflects an old belief in the healing power of the ancient pine.
