Église Sainte-Rita de Nice

Église Sainte-Rita is a Baroque church in the heart of Old Nice, distinguished by its pale yellow exterior. The interior features a rectangular nave surrounded by six side chapels, decorated throughout with frescoes and religious paintings from the Baroque period.

The structure originated around 900 as Saint James Church and underwent major reconstruction between 1677 and 1685. This extensive renovation transformed it into the Baroque building that visitors see today.
