Château de la Pommerie

Château de la Pommerie is an 18th-century castle with distinctive classical design visible in its northern facade, which displays five mansard windows and decorative stone elements. The central pavilion features wrought iron balconies that accent the entrance and define the building's character.

The castle originally belonged to the Lostanges family but was sold as national property in 1792 during the French Revolution. Its purchaser, Monsieur Albucher, a court president, marked a turning point in the building's history.

The castle houses a collection of items from the Napoleonic era that visitors can discover while walking through its rooms. These objects tell the story of life and history from that period.
