Château de Béhoust

The castle stands in the center of the village, opposite Saint-Hilaire Church along departmental road D42, fifty kilometers from Paris.

The original structure from the 11th century was demolished in medieval times, with Marquis François III de Lastic building the current castle between 1767 and 1772.

The castle features 18th-century architectural elements, with two wings added in 1880, plus two grand stables and an extensive park surrounding the property.

The property functions as a corporate seminar venue with 19 meeting rooms that accommodate between 20 and 170 participants around a central atrium.

The vaulted cellars remain as the only preserved elements from the original 11th-century fortress that preceded the current structure.
