The interior decorations showcase the Art Deco movement through terracotta friezes by Gentil & Bourdet and sculptural elements by Edmond Tuffet.
Located at the intersection of Château Neuf and Nuits streets, the building continues to serve as an administrative center for the district.
The building incorporates three architectural styles: Neo-Gothic, Art Nouveau, and Art Deco, displaying varied window shapes and differentiated building materials.
