Holy Headdress

The Holy Headdress is a linen cloth displayed in a protective case within Cahors Cathedral, measuring several meters in length. The cathedral carefully preserves this textile for visitors to view during regular hours.

The cloth arrived in Cahors during medieval times and received official monument status from French authorities in 1991. This recognition marks its importance as one of the region's most valued religious treasures.
