The Théâtre de l'Union occupies a building with a 360-seat main auditorium, costume workshops, and dedicated spaces for theatrical productions.

Originally built in 1911 as a celebration hall for a workers' cooperative, the building was acquired by Limoges municipality in 1986 and transformed into a theater.

The theater houses one of France's twelve superior drama schools, offering a three-year program leading to a National Professional Actor's Diploma.

Tickets range from 6 euros for children under 11 to 22 euros for regular admission, with special rates for students, unemployed persons, and disabled visitors.

The institution maintains an integrated preparatory class specifically designed for students from French overseas territories seeking admission to drama schools.
