Tours Perspective, Residential towers in Front de Seine, 15th arrondissement of Paris, France.
Tours Perspective is a residential complex of two parallel towers in the Front de Seine neighborhood, each rising about 30 stories high with aluminum-clad facades. The complex houses more than 200 apartments served by multiple elevators and parking levels.
The first residential tower was completed in 1973 by architects Henry Pottier and Michel Proux, with its companion building finished two years later. They were built during a period when Paris was reshaping its neighborhoods with new forms of urban housing.
The buildings display the brutalist style of the 1970s through their stark geometric lines and exposed concrete structures. Visitors can see this architectural language directly in the facades and how the spaces are arranged.
The complex sits in the Front de Seine neighborhood and is easiest to reach on foot from the riverbank promenade, where the towers come into view from a distance. It helps to explore the area during daytime to better appreciate the scale and details of the facades in good light.
The apartments in the towers follow an alternating floor plan system between levels, creating a distinctive circulation pattern through the complex. This unusual design produces unexpected sight lines and movement paths that visitors often overlook.
