Quai de Grenelle, Riverside promenade in 15th arrondissement, France

The Quai de Grenelle extends for 740 meters along the Seine River, offering views of the Eiffel Tower from its 16-meter-wide walkway.

The quay's name derives from the former commune of Grenelle, which merged with Paris in 1863 and appears on the Roussel map from 1730.

Paul Gauguin captured the industrial heritage of this location in his 1875 painting depicting the Cail workshops along the Seine River.

The riverside path connects to multiple transportation options, including bicycle stations and water taxi stops, while providing access to restaurants and shops.

The Tower Totem at number 57, constructed between 1976 and 1979, represents the architectural transformation of this Seine riverfront section.
