Église Saint-Piat de Seclin, Medieval church in Seclin, France.

The Saint-Piat church features a Romanesque crypt housing a third-century sarcophagus and a decorated twelfth-century stone slab.

The church origins date to the seventh century when Saint Eloi built the first structure over Saint Piat's tomb, who died in 287.

A carillon of 42 bells, installed in 1933, plays automatic melodies every fifteen minutes, marking the rhythm of local life.

The church contains thirteen chapels accessible through the winter chapel, a former fourteenth-century chapter house.

This sanctuary represents the oldest religious building in the Lille metropolitan area, incorporating architectural elements from various periods.
