Église sainte Foy de Mirmande, Romanesque church at Mirmande hilltop, France.

Église Sainte-Foy de Mirmande is a Romanesque church perched on a hilltop in the village of Mirmande, France. The structure features a solid tower with twin window openings and a choir section displaying ribbed stone vaults throughout its interior.

This structure was built in 1124 as a chapel for an Augustinian priory community. It transitioned to parish church use in the sixteenth century before falling into disuse during the nineteenth century.

The church hosts rotating exhibitions and musical performances that bring contemporary art into this medieval space. Visitors experience how the building serves the local community as both a spiritual and cultural gathering place.

The building is easily accessible with free entry for all visitors. A parking area nearby provides convenient access to reach the church on foot.

The interior features stained glass windows created by artist Henry Guerin in 2002 specifically for this space. These modern artworks create an unexpected dialogue between medieval architecture and contemporary artistic expression.
