The northwest coast of Dugi Otok contains a 300-meter-long beach with white sand and clear water reaching 3.5 meters deep at 250 meters from shore.

The beach belongs to the maritime zone of Sali, a settlement that developed its fishing traditions and olive cultivation methods since the 10th century.

The surrounding area maintains Mediterranean agricultural practices through generations of local families who work in olive groves near the coastline.

Visitors can reach the beach by taking a ferry from Zadar to Brbinj or Božava, followed by a tourist train that operates every two hours.

The beach forms part of an international association that recognizes exceptional bays across 25 countries, noting its marine ecosystem with underwater meadows.
